Dianaburg (Darmstadt) stands in Darmstadt, in Hesse, Germany. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
The Dianaburg refers today to a small neoclassical pavilion in the Kranichstein district of Darmstadt, Hesse, standing on the site of an earlier baroque hunting lodge that disappeared in the early 19th century. The present building, erected in 1836, takes its name from Diana, the Roman goddess of the hunt, and sits within the star-shaped network of forest paths laid out in the 18th century. Nothing survives of the original structure except an earthen mound fitted with loopholes, once used as a hunting hide, located a short distance to the east in the woods. The current pavilion now houses a room used for wedding ceremonies.
