Lapalus castle stands at the foot of the Grisière hillside, in the village of Sancé in Saône-et-Loire. Four towers of different styles, altered over time by successive owners, make up this building bought by the municipality in 2011. The site is not open for regular visits, but it remains a place of local memory and has hosted film shoots since 2021.
