The present building, erected at the end of the 19th century on the site of an older manor, was destroyed by fire in 1992 and now survives as a ruin within the estate, which belongs to Lorient Agglomération. Around it stand a 19th-century gatekeeper's house, a fishpond and a wash-house, remnants of a seigneurial and farming complex whose origins go back to the 17th century.
