Château de Vabre stands in Onet-le-Château (Aveyron), in the Occitanie region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
A few kilometres north of Rodez, along the road to Marcillac, the château de Vabre shows the lines of the early 18th century: a long main building flanked by two pavilions, under a Mansard-style roof pierced with tall dormer windows. The surrounding park, enclosed by an armorial gate and a wall fitted with a pigeon tower, now holds an arboretum dedicated to the trees and shrubs of the Aveyron region. The building itself, owned by the town of Rodez, currently houses a football training centre and is not open to visitors inside.
