Château de Saint-Projet stands in Saint-Projet (Tarn-et-Garonne), in the Occitanie region of France. No visits are on record for this building.
The château de Saint-Projet stands in the Tarn-et-Garonne department, built on a Gallo-Roman mound at the initiative of the de Jehan family, who held the seigneury from Philip the Fair. It passed by marriage to the Lafon de Féneyrols family in 1560 and remains tied to the memory of Marguerite de Valois, who took refuge there for a night in 1585 during the Wars of Religion. Her bedroom, walled up after her stay, was only rediscovered with its furniture in 1990. The site also hosted a 2017 filming of the French television programme Secrets d'Histoire devoted to Queen Margot.
