The château de Port-Miou stands at the edge of the calanque of the same name, just outside Cassis, between the two banks lined with the marina's pontoons. This small building was originally erected to house workers from the old limestone quarries, before becoming the harbour master's office. It is not open to visitors as a monument, but it can be seen from the coastal path leading into the calanques or from the water.
