To make a day of it
Château de Pannard stands in Ernée (Mayenne), in the Pays de la Loire region of France. Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
The château de Pannard stands above the wooded valley of the Ernée, a kilometre north of the town of the same name in the Mayenne department. Built on the site of a 12th century fortified house, it retains medieval openings in its west wing along with the remains of a defensive tower demolished in the early 19th century. Its present façade, considered somewhat heavy by some observers, dates from a rebuilding carried out in 1840 by the Parisian architect Lorlotte.
