At the heart of Neuvic, in the Corrèze department, this estate combines a 19th-century residence, rebuilt after the fire that devastated the town in 1822, with a landscaped park covering more than 6 hectares. The visit centres on the arboretum, laid out in the manner of English-style agricultural parks by Jean-Hyacinthe d'Ussel from 1830 onwards, with its three kilometres of paths, its kidney-shaped ornamental pool and its notable trees, including a giant sequoia ranked among the largest in France. A kitchen and herb garden created in 2011 near a former farm chapel rounds out the visit.
