The Château de Nescus stands in the Ariège department, in the village of the same name, beside the Arize river and facing the hamlet of Ballé. Built at the very start of the 18th century, destroyed during the Revolution and rebuilt in the 19th century in a neoclassical style, it features a round tower and a square tower, both crenellated, on the same façade, covering roughly 1400 square metres. It sits within a 2.2 hectare wooded park and has passed through several owners before being bought in 2022 for a project combining accommodation, gardens and cultural activities.
