Longvic castle stands on the banks of the Ouche river, near Dijon. Originally a hunting lodge for the princes of Condé dating back to the early 15th century, it underwent several successive transformations, including the addition of two wings and an extra floor in the 19th century. Its central main building, flanked by two lower wings, features an orderly facade centred on a bay crowned with a triangular pediment.
