In Châtelaudren-Plouagat, between Guingamp and Saint-Brieuc, La Ville Chevalier is a private manor that has stayed in the same family since the 17th century, first the Quélen and later the Lorgeril line. The present building, with its plain lines and wide windows, reflects the taste of Breton parliamentarians of the 18th century, while a chapel built in the late 19th century in a so-called 'Loire valley' style completes the estate. The property is mainly open to visitors for its winter model train exhibition, when the château welcomes the public.
