At Vallet, amid the vineyards, the château de la Noë Bel-Air presents its Italianate front overlooking an eleven-hectare park laid out around a lake. Rebuilt between 1835 and 1837 on the ruins of a manor destroyed during the Revolution, its colonnaded loggia and Palladian lines are the work of architect Louis-Joseph Chaigneau. The outbuildings and orangery, arranged around a square courtyard in Tuscan style, complete an estate whose avenues converge on the house.
