Visitors find a 17th-century main house, a chapel attributed to Jules-Hardouin Mansart, a former hospital for disabled soldiers, and a park still marked by the remains of a Vauban-style bastioned enclosure. Marshal de Bellefonds, who lived here after falling out of royal favour, left a lasting imprint on the estate in the late 17th century.
