To make a day of it

Château d'Étalante stands in Étalante (Côte-d'Or), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. No visits are on record for this building.

The château d'Étalante, also known as château de Champhibert, overlooks the village of the same name in the Côte-d'Or, perched on the edge of a plateau. The current building dates from the 15th century but was heavily altered in the 18th century, when two turrets were added to its square main structure. A separate chapel, Saint-Claude, stands nearby and may trace back to an earlier building from the 11th century.
