Standing in the centre of the village of Empeaux, in the Haute-Garonne département, this brick château sits right next to the church and the town hall. Built at the end of the 16th century by the Lambès family, it passed through several owners before being remodelled in the late 19th century in a neo-medieval style inspired by Viollet-le-Duc. Its rectangular, three-storey layout is notable for the corbelled round turrets on the entrance side and the square towers on the garden side.
