Château d'Agel stands in Agel (Hérault), in the Occitanie region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: fourth quarter of the 16th century, first quarter of the 17th century, 18th century, 19th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

At the heart of the village of Agel, in the Hérault department, this château grew out of an earlier medieval stronghold and took on its present form in the late 16th and early 17th centuries. Its compact plan is flanked by corner towers, including an octagonal southeast tower that houses the former keep and its spiral staircase. Defensive details survive, such as crenellations, gun loops and arrow slits, along with an enclosing wall punctuated by round towers.
