Ce manoir a été construit par les abbesses de Saint-Amand de Rouen au milieu du 13e siècle ; son enclos reste parfaitement lisible. Subsistent aujourd'hui : le logis primitif à charpente à chevrons formant fermes, complété au 18e siècle par des extensions latérales au sud, le colombier du 16e siècle décoré à cette époque par Masséot Abaquesne, une grange dîmière du 15e siècle, quelques bâtiments agricoles en briques, et les murs d'enclos du 18e siècle. Le logis est particulièrement représentatif d'un habitat seigneurial des 13e et 14e siècles.
