At the end of a lane, set apart from the village of Néville-sur-Mer, the Herclat manor arranges its buildings around an enclosed courtyard, entered through a double gate for pedestrians and carts. Built mostly between the late 16th and the second half of the 17th century, it consists of two L-shaped dwellings and outbuildings with blank outer walls. Notable features include a tall stair pavilion topped with a triangular gable, a mullioned window still fitted with its old iron grilles, and a fireplace decorated with a painted frieze of palms and shells. A notable oak tree stands on the open space in front of the entrance.
