What the French Ministry of Culture records

Domaine d'origine inconnue qui fut agrandi et dont le château fut reconstruit au 18e siècle (fin des travaux en 1739). Les jardins sont dessinés par J. G. Soufflot en 1741. Hormis quelques aménagements intérieurs au 19e siècle, le domaine n'a pas subi de modifications importantes. Le domaine se compose du château dont la façade principale ouvre à l'est, entre chapelle et pigeonnier, vers un jardin terminé par une serre ; de communs ; d'une orangerie ; d'une ferme.
