To make a day of it

Château du Boucheron stands in Bosmie-l'Aiguille (Haute-Vienne), in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France. No visits are on record for this building.

In Bosmie-l'Aiguille, in the Haute-Vienne department, the château du Boucheron is recognisable by its five-bay main building flanked by a side pavilion and two towers, one polygonal, the other square. Built in 1869 at the initiative of Valentin Amilhau and extended in 1876, it stands on an older farming estate where the former manor house, dated 1767, still remains. The building now houses the town hall, so it is mainly seen from the outside.
