Château des Arcis stands in Le Buret (Mayenne), in the Pays de la Loire region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument. No visits are on record for this building.
The Château des Arcis stands in Le Buret, in the Mayenne department, surrounded by wide moats fed by two streams tributary to the Paul-Martin. The estate combines a main residential building with outbuildings and an entrance pavilion dating from the 15th-16th centuries, flanked by a tower with a curved roof. Inside, a vaulted hall once converted into a domestic chapel in the 19th century still holds 16th-century woodwork said to come from the church of Préaux. Traces of demolished towers, visible at the bottom of the moats, bear witness to the successive alterations the residence underwent since the time of the Cervon family.
