The château de la Trousse stands in Ocquerre, in the Seine-et-Marne department, on a forty-hectare estate that has gone through several transformations since the seventeenth century. The current building, completed in 1865 by the Baudon de Mony-Colchen family, replaced the residence built around 1630 under Louis XIII. A chapel, a former prison and a dovecote from the earlier estate can still be seen there. The property, now divided into private apartments, no longer functions as a single residence.
