In Serrières-en-Chautagne, in Savoy, this fortified house dating back to the 14th century once guarded the road to Rumilly. Built of grey stone and arranged in a U shape, the building has kept the appearance it took on in the 15th century, flanked by three towers of different shapes: one round, one polygonal with cut corners rising five storeys, and one square. Mullioned windows topped with ogee arches, added in the following century, can still be seen today.
