What the French Ministry of Culture records

Le château tel qu'il se présente actuellement a subi quelques transformations. Une des parties les plus intéressantes est la façade nord, non rectiligne à cause du plan du château. Ce dernier est constitué d'un bâtiment rectangulaire couvert d'une toiture à deux pans dans lequel s'engage un second bâtiment faisant saillie sur le premier dont la toiture est à quatre pans. Ce dernier est flanqué, sur la façade, d'une tour demi hors-oeuvre. Ce second bâtiment présente en façade trois étages, le dernier formant une lucarne à ailerons dans les combles dont le fronton triangulaire est orné de pinacles. La tour hors-oeuvre s'ouvre par une porte ornée d'un arc en accolade au-dessus duquel se trouve un encadrement rectangulaire. Cette tourelle renferme un escalier à vis. La travée est du premier bâtiment rectangulaire, façade nord, présente des baies à l'encadrement sculpté.
