Château édifié au milieu du 18e siècle pour Jean-Baptiste Thomassin de Bienville, propriétaire des forges. Le corps de logis est prolongé par deux ailes de communs en retour dessinant un plan en U. Des deux ailes, seule l'aile sud est la plus ancienne, représentée sur un plan de route des années 1760. L'aile nord renfermant une chapelle dédiée à Saint-Jean-Baptiste est citée en 1780, indiquant une seconde campagne de construction au 18e siècle. Le corps de logis comprend des cheminées en marbre du 19e siècle, des pièces lambrisées. Le parc est représentatif des parcs romantiques du 19e siècle. Dessiné après 1837, il comprend deux anciens pigeonniers, dont l'un a été transformé en orangerie, et des dépendances. Le jardin-potager s'étend à l'ouest. La maison du jardinier date de 1808.
