The château d'Auvilliers stands in Seine-Maritime, built mainly in the 17th century during a reconstruction carried out for Jacques de Monsures and Charlotte de Fautereau, with further elements added the following century. Its most notable feature is the entrance porch, combining brick and flint, along with a brick chapel set within the surrounding wall. The estate lost its hexagonal towers after the Second World War but still shows the character typical of Norman manors of its period.
