Témoin rare de logis construit pour les prêtres de l'hopital de Rouen, en pans de bois du milieu du 16e siècle, conservant une galerie en encorbellement et un décor sculpté de grande qualité (représentant cinq figures de Vertus : la Tempérance, la Charité, la Foi, la Prudence et la Force). Le logis a été légèrement modifié au début du 18e siècle (ajout des deux dernières travées sud en 1731).
