The Neues Schloss Waldmünchen stands in Herzogau, a district of the municipality of Waldmünchen, just south of St. Anne's church. Built in the late 19th century for Baron Karl Voith von Voithenberg and his wife Rosa, it consists of two wings of contrasting height, one low with a flat gabled roof, the other taller under a pitched roof. The building long housed a brewery, an activity that continued into the late 1990s. Across the road, the former manorial estate, also protected, rounds out the site.
