Seissan Castle is now reduced to a single tower, the main surviving element of the fortress built by the abbots of Faget to control the bastide below. Constructed in the Middle Ages, this square tower exemplifies the military architecture of the Auch region, with its defensive features and austere design. The ground floor, barrel-vaulted, originally opened only through a small window on the south wall, with internal stairs connecting the upper floors.
