A medieval-inspired banquet in the great hall, designed by Fabian Müllers (La Cuisine Historique), with music, juggling and storytelling by Compagnie Corazon; historian Geoffrey Ratouis talks about wine in the Middle Ages. Four courses, estate wines. Part of Vignobles en Scène. Proceeds support the restoration of the fortress, under way since 2019.
