Rising thirty-six metres high, it retains three floors of vaulted rooms lit by mullioned windows and linked by a spiral stone staircase. The tower was once home to Thibault d'Armagnac, a companion-in-arms of Joan of Arc, before passing into municipal ownership and opening to visitors.
