Three earthen mounds spread across roughly four hectares: a main mound to the south and two twin mounds separated by a small stream, the Goze, around a raised central platform. Excavations carried out in the 19th century uncovered underground chambers whose original purpose is still debated, ranging from the remains of a burnt wooden tower to an earlier fortified structure.
