> Ce manoir fortifié a été construit à l'époque de la guerre de Cent Ans, sans doute en liaison avec l'abbaye toute proche de la Croix-Saint-Leufroy, sur un plan quadrangulaire avec tours rondes aux angles, ceint d'un fossé inondable. Ce schéma est caractéristique des fermes fortifiées des 14e et 15e siècles. Les bâtiments, arasés au siècle dernier, s'organisent autour de la cour fermée ; certains ont été modifiés au 18e siècle, mais des éléments de corps de logis médiévaux subsistent en partie.
