> Maison fondée en 1770 à partir des dons et aumônes des habitants de Château-Larcher et Marnay, dans le but de secourir les laboureurs indigents et les journaliers malades. Un escalier de six marches mène à une terrasse constituant le devant de la maison. Au rez-de-chaussée, le corps principal s'ouvre par une porte encadrée d'une moulure plate supportant un linteau légèrement curviligne. Deux ailes en retour encadrent ce corps principal.
