Schloss Hohenwarth stands on the site of a medieval watchtower, in the Landkreis Cham, in Bavaria. The present building, erected around 1650-1655 after fire destroyed its predecessor, forms a four-winged complex around a courtyard, with hipped roofs and round-arched gateways on the east and west sides. The date 1763 carved into the facade points to later eighteenth-century alterations. The interior has been considerably reshaped by later uses, and the building now houses a brewery-restaurant.
