The Burgstelle Schlösschen refers to the remains of an old fortification, now vanished, located between Tiefenort and the Krayenburg in Thuringia. The structure, whose exact age is uncertain, stood on a hillside site at 330 metres above sea level, guarding the eastern approach to the Krayenburg. It is thought to have functioned as an outer defence along the cart track that climbed the ridge toward that castle, and may have served as a refuge for livestock from surrounding villages during times of danger. Today only an archaeological site remains, with no visible structure.
