Burg Blankenhorn is a medieval ruin standing on a wooded spur of the Stromberg hills above the hamlet of Eibensbach, part of Güglingen. Built around 1220-1230 by the lords of Neuffen, it once guarded the Rennweg, a heavily used ridge route in the high Middle Ages. Its most striking surviving feature is an 18-metre-high shield wall built of rough-hewn ashlar stones, still standing above the southern ditch. The site can be visited freely, with no visitor centre or tourist facilities on the ground.
