C'est l'exemple type des grandes demeures néo-palladiennes édifiées dans la périphérie pour la grande bourgeoisie de l'époque. Le grand salon circulaire donne sur le parc par trois portes-fenêtres. La coupole portait une vaste composition picturale empruntant à l'agriculture, au commerce, à la navigation... qui peut être attribuable au peintre Antonio Gonzalez. Certains éléments témoignent d'une restauration au Second Empire.
