Torn down in 1621, only a cylindrical keep from the late 14th century remains, known as the tour des Fiefs, the sole tangible trace of the medieval stronghold. The rest of the grounds now hold a 19th-century mansion and a private park, unrelated in style to the former fortress. Visitors mainly come for this standalone tower and the view it offers over the vineyards and the river.
