> Le château de Westhove a été construit vers 1903-1904 dans un style Néo-Renaissance. Entouré d'un grand parc, il se trouve à proximité de la rivière Aa. Il servira de Kommandantur à l'armée allemande jusqu'en 1943. Le château devient, à cette date, propriété communale. L'ensemble parc et château a été transformé en centre sportif avec terrains de sport dans le parc et vestiaires dans le château. L'édifice est fermé au public en 2004. Aujourd'hui, l'accès intérieur est interdit par des grilles et l'ensemble a été entièrement vandalisé.
