Built in the 16th and 17th centuries from granite rubblestone, it retains a spiral staircase tower and a chapel that recall its past as a ducal hunting lodge and later a monastic hospice. Mullioned windows and a courtyard well still remain, markers of a rural Breton architecture whose character survived a partial 19th-century rebuilding.
