> Ce château, qui date de la deuxième moitié du 15e siècle, appartenait alors à Pierre Landais, trésorier et receveur général du Duché de Bretagne. Acquis par la famille de Kernier en 1832, il fut remodelé de 1883 à 1887 par les architectes Jules et Henri Mellet dans un style néo-gothique. Le néo-gothique est ici décoratif et non de structure logique. De l'époque médiévale ne subsiste que la Tour Goyon, en moellons de grès, sur la façade principale. Le parc à l'anglaise fut réalisé par l'architecte paysagiste Denis Bühler en 1876. Le jardin classique, d'un demi-hectare, jouxtant le château au nord, fut conçu en 1902 pour Jacques de Kernier par l'architecte paysagiste Edouard André.
