The current complex combines medieval remains, a north tower pierced with old defensive openings, and a south tower rebuilt in the early twentieth century, all adjoining farm buildings. The main house, cut in half during the fighting of 1940, still bears visible marks of a turbulent past spanning several centuries of Lorraine history.
