At the centre of the village of Trézelles, in the Allier department, this château stands on the site of a larger residence whose origins go back to the 16th or 17th century. The present building, a rectangular main house flanked by a tower, retains only two of the original four corner towers along with two outbuildings, one of which was rebuilt between the late 18th and early 19th century. A loophole still visible to the left of the gate recalls the former defences of the entrance.
