Visitors can see a 15th-century residential building with mullioned windows, a series of fireplaces, and a flanking tower pierced with gun loops, the only surviving elements after a revolutionary fire and 19th-century quarrying. Rescued from collapse by a volunteer association before passing into the hands of the town, the site reflects both the Wars of Religion and a long period of neglect followed by restoration.
