Par son type et son iconographie, cette fontaine est exceptionnelle en Lorraine. Caractéristiques du premier quart du 17e siècle, les bâtiments de plan en U composant la demeure précèdent au sud un jardin en terrasses aménagé au 18e siècle. Deux pièces à l'étage du corps central conservent des décors peints du 18e siècle, ainsi que des lambris.
