> Le fief relevait du Plessis-les-Tours au 15e siècle et, plus tard, du château de Tours. Le château a été en partie démoli en 1838. Du château détruit subsiste deux tours au nord et au sud-ouest, et une autre qui se dressait au nord-est. Au rez-de-chaussée de la tour nord était aménagé un petit oratoire dont il reste des vestiges de peinture. Le pigeonnier, grosse tour cylindrique, encore visible en 1949, a aujourd'hui disparu. Le parc a été loti en 1974.
