The château de Kerthomas stands at the hamlet bearing its name, in the commune of Sarzeau in the Morbihan. The present building, with its conical-roofed towers and entrance gatehouse, was largely rebuilt in the mid-19th century on the site of an earlier manor that had fallen into ruin a century before. Around the main house survive stables, an enclosed garden and a thatched garden folly, remnants of an estate landscaped in the latter half of the same century.
