# Château de Kerrousseau

Quéven, Morbihan, Bretagne

Château de Kerrousseau stands in Quéven (Morbihan), in the Bretagne region of France. No visits are on record for this building.

At Quéven, the site known as Kerrousseau retains traces of a château built in the late eighteenth century for the Marnière de Guer family, on the site of an earlier manor house. The building, whose façade echoed the auction house of the French East India Company in Lorient, was destroyed during the Second World War. What remains today is a stone well, an enclosure wall, a vaulted washhouse fountain and a few farm buildings, remnants of a once larger estate.
