Of the four original corner towers, only a moated platform, a 17th-century pavilion and a dovecote-turned-tower remain, the whole having been rebuilt after the Wars of Religion and later updated in the 18th century. Around the buildings, a small formal garden holds a collection of box, hostas, daylilies and peonies, while the outbuildings' courtyard contains a well and an old forge.
